Refund Policy

7-day no-questions refund window. You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase.
Automatic integrity/coverage refunds
PlaceRules checks required evidence coverage before checkout. If a post-purchase integrity or required-scope failure makes the purchased Land Check unavailable, the system may issue a full automatic refund without requiring a customer request.
How to request a refund
Reply to the report-delivery email for the purchase and request a refund. Include the email used at checkout and enough purchase detail to identify the order. Do not send card numbers or other payment-card details.
What a refund changes
A completed full refund revokes the affected paid entitlement. The underlying immutable analysis and evidence record are not rewritten.
