What PlaceRules provides
PlaceRules Preview and PlaceRules Land Check organize mapped evidence, uncertainty, and practical verification steps for rural land. A Land Check is an evidence snapshot tied to the location or area geometry supplied for the analysis.
Boundaries and access
User-drawn, uploaded, or derived geometry is analysis geometry unless PlaceRules explicitly says otherwise. It is not represented as a surveyed or official property boundary. Mapped road context screens physical map evidence only; recorded legal access must be verified through title and public records.
Evidence and uncertainty
Source data can be incomplete, approximate, stale, or outside coverage. PlaceRules is designed to show those limitations rather than convert missing evidence into a favorable conclusion. Verify material decisions with the appropriate agency, title professional, surveyor, engineer, contractor, or other qualified professional.
Paid reports
The current PlaceRules Land Check launch price is shown before checkout. Paid reports preserve the analysis and evidence snapshot used to generate them. Regeneration creates a new report version rather than overwriting the prior artifact.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to bypass security controls, interfere with service availability, misrepresent PlaceRules output as an official determination, or access another customer’s private report without authorization.
Refunds
Purchases are subject to the published Refund Policy.
